Using the tools
You may use bargraphmaker.tech and its tools free of charge, for personal, educational and commercial purposes. Please use them lawfully, do not try to disrupt or overload the site, and do not use it to make charts intended to mislead or deceive people.
You own your charts
The charts, images and data files you create belong to you. We claim no rights over them, and they carry no watermark or attribution requirement. You are responsible for the data you enter and for having the right to use it.
Our content
The guides, text, code and design of this website belong to its owners and may not be copied wholesale or republished without permission. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source.
No warranty
The tools and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We test our formulas and try to keep the guides accurate, but we do not guarantee that the tools are error-free or that a chart is suitable for your purpose. Check important results, and do not rely on a chart for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without independent verification of the underlying data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from charts you create with it, including lost data. Work is saved only in your browser, so keep your own copy of anything important.

Our guides link to outside sources. We are not responsible for their content. We may update these terms, and the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
